Time for a lesson on life
In life you tend to be oblivious to certain things that are staring into your face all the time.Accepting status quo is a human tendency but everyone's interpretation of the status quo varies. What is apparent to me may not be even slighthly evident to someone else.Quite often when we disassociate ourselves from a place or situation then new things come to light, things become clearer or attain a new dimension. For example, you have a favourite book beacuse everytime you read it you discover something new, a word you skipped,an assumption that you made falsified, a new interpretation, a new meaning. There are some who have a favourite read beacuse they read it all the time - it becomes their status quo, but actually the very defining feature of a favourite read is the scope to disciver something in it evertime it is read.
Books are merely an example even in life one hates change of any kind that is why bringing about change requires great upheavels-this very fact destroys the myth that humans like sticking to a status quo.The treuth is, humans seek comfort in the present, when it becomes uncomfortable there come about revolutions in a burst of energy and zeal to bring about a change and make life better. It's all about self worth and self comfort.
So one can have two perspectives, that essentially people prefer status quo because a)the status quo is multidimensional and subjective and b) that it is so because of the innate desire of humans to seek comfort.
Small incidents in life teach you so much.If the relative importance of something changes for you changes with time , do not get worried , it's for the best because the decisions taken after dis association are the best. However importance of people cannot change, when thrown together even friends of yesteryears become and remain as close and carefree as before, that is the beauty of relationships, and especially friendship. It is a bond which is forged to last forever.
PS:Sorry for the preaching tone and variopus digressions!(As if i care, jst being nice)
