Cipher
The listless silence,
The throbbing pain,
A far cry , a distant echo.
What is it that i hear?
The unfathomable sky
The deep dark sea,
The nothing at the horizon
What is it that i see?
An extended hand
A pleading eye
An injured air
Call out for help
But, the noise
The deafening silence
The absolute void,
Maimed me, muted me.
Directionless
Speechless
Blind to faith
Deaf to emotions
A null, a phi
A wait,a lifetime
Existence , a cipher.
